The runic letters (top and bottom) are the opening two lines of my Old English genealogical poem about the Wuffings entitled Wuffinga-getęl, 'The Tally of the Wuffings'.  They may be translated thus: 'We have learnt of the fame of the Wuffing folk-lords of long ago, of how those wolf-kings held the ancestral land of East Anglia....'
