DISCOUNTS:

'Bring a Friend'

If you are attending a Study Day and bring a friend who has not been to any Study Days before they can come for half price (50%, ie £19).  Alternatively split the savings between you and both have a 25% saving - thats just £28.50 each.

If the friend has not been to a Study Day before they qualify for the 50% discount on their first Study Dayl. The person inviting the friend must have already attended a Study Day and must attend the Study Dayl with the friend. Limited to one friend per Study Day. The discount must be requested at the time of initial booking.

'Regulars Discount'

Beginning 1 April 2011, Every 6th Study Day each person books is half price. After attending 5 Study days please ask for the '' regulars discount' to get your next one at half price (£19). You might want to use the cheaper day to branch out into new topics..

Company Purchase Orders:

We are a registered supplier to Suffolk County Council - SCC employees attending Day Schools on Official Business or for Personal Development may raise purchase orders to avoid writing their own cheques and claiming the money back.

Please contact us if you would like your company to be able to raise purchase orders for the payment of Day Schools.

TERMS:

Payment

Day School bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can bemade by:

• The preferred option of cheque payable to 'Wuffing Education'.
• By special arrangement payment may be made on the day by cheque (prefered) or cash.
• By direct transfer from your bank to
  • Sort 72-00-00
  • Account Number 0368 9395
  • Quoting Reference "Your Name & dates of study days" eg 'SMITH 4/3 11/3" (This information is ESSENTIAL for us to be able to ensure we know who the payment was from and what it is for)
• To keep our overheads and therefore our prices as low as possible we cannot accept credit or debit cards.

You may find the application form helpful when sending us your request, however it is not essential, as long as you include all the obvious details of which day, how many people, who, your contact details, inc phone and ideally email address.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Many of the Day Schools are fully booked and people may be on a waiting list. In order to give other people the chance to attend it is important that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

• If you need to cancel more than 2 days prior to the event a full refund will be made.
• If you need to cancel within 2 days of an event a handling charge of £5 will be levied.
• In addition If you give less than 2 days notice and there are people on the waiting list the full Day School cost will be levied. If payment has not already been received you will be invoiced accordingly.

If you are uncertain whether you can attend we would prefer you to book even if you later find you have to cancel.
